Hi, you do have to have your ears checked by a doctor. Probably syringed, then antibiotics ear drops, then a bit of Olive Oil on cotton wool to keep on top. Look after your ears, as your eyes. Good luck.

Possibly, I'm not an expert but the delivery system boasts 'lipids' though it is basically still ibuprofen in the same dose as generic brands. I think it is more effective but that may be psychosomatic or a placebo effect.
