I bought one of these connectors but can only connect the two ends with the tap on them! Maybe I'm just stupid but can't figure how else to do it!

First off you only need 1 connector to join 2 hosepipes. Connect 1 hose to the tap then connect one of these joiners to the other end of your Hose, Get your 2nd hose & clip onto the joiner which is fitted to your first hose & away you go, your other joiner is a spare incase one gets lost or broke. Hope this makes sense. It will work with no leaks. Good luck
