「お前ごときが魔王に勝てると思うな」と勇者パーティを追放されたので、王都で気ままに暮らしたい THE COMIC

**** The latest installment in the series "I Was Exposed from the Hero Party" brings readers back into the tumultuous world of Flamm, who is finally depicted on the cover art wielding his sword, suggesting a return to action after a previous volume focused heavily on secondary characters, particularly the young nun Sera. This shift indicates a more central role for Flamm, as he begins to take meaningful action in the storyline, spurred on by developments that pull deeper in the plot while maintaining the high stakes established in earlier chapters. The narrative arc builds tension with new threats and the urgent plight of beloved characters, such as the approaching confrontation with the menacing Mike Smintsie. Even as the story reaches a climax, however, the anticipation for the next volume is tempered by the long wait fans may face—potentially a year, given recent publication delays. Readers express mixed feelings about the pacing and progression of the story, with some eager for more dramatic developments rather than a continuous cycle of peril without resolute victories. Moreover, the announcement of an anime adaptation has stirred excitement but also Considerable concern regarding how its darker themes will be portrayed to a broader audience. The blend of enthralling anticipation and apprehension is palpable among fans, with many hoping for a more nuanced evolution of character powers and more satisfying confrontation resolutions as the series progresses. As reflected in the reactions, while the product does possess engaging aspects, it also carries the weight of expectation and the fear of formulaic storytelling. **
