In terms of sound quality, the Logitech G935 Wireless DTS:X 7.1 Surround Sound LIGHTSYNC RGB PC Gaming Headset Bundle with Logitech G502 Hero High Performance Gaming Mouse is impressive and the bass is unbelievable due to its 50mm speakers. However, it is sad that they got rid of Dolby digital on this set. Several buyers pointed out the outdated power switch, which seems to be the reason for the audio failure and malfunctions that users experience. Unfortunately, this tends to occur around the 1-1.5 year mark of use. Furthermore, a fault in software causes the microphone to mute itself, and there seems to be no interest from Logitech in fixing it. More so, the leatherette on the earcups makes it difficult for the user to use it when temperatures are warm. However, the product comes with USB-A and a 3.5mm aux port, both cables included, for Console and mobile use. The Logitech software is required to switch between Dolby Digital 7.1 and DTS-X. Users will encounter issues if they are only after listening to music on this headset because it is more suitable for gaming.
