However, the quality of the shoes is not what it used to be before, and follow-up service is non-existent. Some customers had issues with the rear leather strap breaking, but others who had worn Kisumu shoes 1 and 2 for several years did not have such problems. The color of the shoe changes due to wear and tear, but the shoe is still comfortable to walk in.
