The installation requires a lot of work and attention as the unit is large (6" exhaust) and the instructions may be difficult to follow for those who are not familiar with this type of installation. The fan takes approximately 20 seconds to wind up to full speed. The fan is best suited for those who need it in a "problem bathroom."
