CHANZON LED Lamps 100F5T-YT-KUAISHAN Editorial Review
The Chanzon 100pcs 5mm LED Diode Lights Assortment kit comes with 10 different colors, 10 pieces of each color, and a clear transparent lens. The LEDs require various voltage sources depending on their color, and a resistor is needed to power most of them without damaging them. Some customers recommend wiring four 3v LEDs in a series and six 2v LEDs if their red/yellow/orange to avoid having to use a resistor. A physics teacher who responded to a question recommends a 450 Ohm resistor with a rating of 1/8W or higher to power one 3volt LED and 500ohms 1/8W for one 2v LED safely. The UV LED was not as bright as expected. The LEDs were reported as bright green and worked great by a customer who added a 500 Ohm resistor to the kit. The LEDs do not work on game Consoles, but they work great for other uses. The LED's luminous output information was not readily available, but they are quite small, so they do not produce a lot of light. The Chanzon LED Diode kit works for most applications, but customers should ensure they are wiring the LEDs correctly and using the appropriate resistors.
