The user manual states that it will measure temperatures ranging from -30°C to 70°C or -22°F to 158°F. The SD card records the data but it can be removed to read the table in .XLS format. However, it should be noted that this device is not designed to withstand eo gas exposure during repetitive ethylene oxide sterilization cycles. Although it doesn't come with a CoC of Calibration Certificate, it has solid Construction and is easy to use.
