Glenn Hughes (Artist) Format: Vinyl Hard Rock Editorial Review
**Editorial Review** Glenn Hughes, often referred to as the “Voice of Rock,” has yet again showcased his prodigious talent with his latest release, "Chosen." Fans of Hughes will appreciate this new album as it encapsulates the signature sound he has honed over the years, weaving together bluesy influences with a touch of rock and funk. Many listeners have lauded his ability to retain the essence of his style while introducing new elements, evident in tracks that echo the energy of bands like Audioslave and Rage Against the Machine. While some critiques mention the recurrent riffs and familiar themes, the overall Consensus is that it remains quintessentially Glenn Hughes—a pleasing extension of his impressive discography. Enthusiasts have praised the production quality and the musicianship, attributing it to both Hughes’ vocal prowess and the strength of his supporting band. Several reviewers have gone so far as to declare this album as one of his best, paralleling it with his notable previous works, and highlighting his remarkable ability to deliver high-quality rock music even into his advanced years. In summary, "Chosen" is a robust offering that resonates with both long-time fans and newcomers alike, solidifying Glenn Hughes’ place in the pantheon of rock legends. Highly recommended for those seeking a blend of soulful rock and heavy funk. **
