Additionally, it can be placed under the eyes to subtly make them pop. However, it is advised to note that the glitter in it migrates across the face and smudges the longer it is worn. The product is not a twisting eyeliner and sharpening might be required instead. The pencil can also break easily because the product inside is crumbly. Thus, it is a bit expensive, and it might not be worth the investment.
