- [High Production Efficiency] The plastic crusher machine includes a sieve of which output granularity is 0.39inch. The material of the sieve is 1045 carbon steel. You can replace the sieve easily to suit your needs and customize additional sieves from us. The enlarged feed inlet adopts widened duckbill-shape design and the material receiving drawer is also extra lengthened. The machine can process up to 992.08-1763.7lbs/h, which depends on the material type.
- [High Quality] The plastic pulverizer is equipped with 18 movable blades and 4 fixed blades which are made from 9 Chromium-silicon alloy steel. The blades can also be customized. The blade gap can be adjusted and the blades can be disassembled and sharpened after being dull. The material of the spindle is 1045 carbon steel.
- [220V Pure Copper Motor] The plastic shredder is also equipped with a 220V, 15KW pure copper three-phase motor which is wrapped in full copper wires with strong power. This machine has no plug and needs a circuit breaker.
- [Stable Operation] The plastic granulator adopts thickened double-layer plates and the knife chamber is made of thickened material, which effectively reduce vibration and noise. The machine is equipped with an emergency stop switch for immediate shutdown in case of emergencies. The knife chamber and the part that contains the sieve are lockable to ensure stable operation.
- [Wide Application] Our plastic grinder is capable of processing polystyrene, ABS, PP, EVA, PC plastic, cellulose, PVC, PU, resin, nylon and all kinds of old rubber products. It can't crush food, tires, cables, hard disk drives, mobile phones, tablet PC, bubble wrap and stretch wrap. It can't crush materials that contains metal.
