The Nikon Coolpix P90 is a great point and shoot camera with a 12.1-megapixel sensor and a 24x optical zoom. It also has a 3-inch tilt LCD display that allows for easy composition and viewing of images. It can shoot both photos and videos with a capture resolution of 640 x 480 at 30 fps. Though it is not a DSLR, it still produces fantastic photos and videos. However, it doesn't have an LCD plus look through the peephole to see the images and doesn't allow changing lenses. One user did have a problem with the flash and blurry zoom. According to other users, it is a great starter camera for someone looking to take good pictures.
