This carbon fiber cloth is conductive and not recommended to be used in contact with skin. The product was initially affected by transit issues but has since been resolved. The product is colored and has a weight of 196.65g/square meter. It is great for boat repair, body panel building, and RC sailboat hulls. However, it can cause irritation due to microfibers getting lodged in the skin. Wetting it with epoxy is not as visible as with fiberglass. The product arrived well packaged and protected with taped edges to prevent fraying. The cloth has a loose weave which can be easy to poke through, and fraying can occur when tape is removed from the fabric.
