This LEGO set is a retired product that includes a transport vehicle, an ATV-like escape vehicle, and three LEGO minifigs, including a criminal, prisoner, and police officer. The transport vehicle has various features, including the opening roof area, two side prisoner bar windows that pop open, and a back door that provides access to the inside of the prisoner transport portion of the vehicle. The small ATV escape vehicle that comes with this set is okay but comes with a hook that can be attached to the transport bar windows to pull them out. The number of minifigs is above average for a set of this size. Although this is a pretty cool LEGO set, an editorial review advises interested customers to keep their eyes open for current LEGO police lines because some of them are similar and more appropriately priced. Some customers have had quick delivery and enjoyed putting together and playing with the set, but others are disappointed, with some receiving used sets with missing pieces.
