Schedule a game night without letting your friends/family in on which game you're playing. Then, let a few in on the secret and become the Undercover Jokers. As your night unfolds, pull the challenges on your unsuspecting friends/family. Once the time is up, tell everyone what you were up to! Now everyone can play Phase 2 and 3 together.

So basically its not a good game for 3 since u have to start it undercover?

Yes it is. 3 is the minimum recommended for this game.

I know this says 3+ players but would it work with just 2?

Phase 1 and phase 3 of the game (pulling off challenges/punishments) can be played with only 2 players. You do need a minimum of 3 players for phase 2 of the game (card matching).

Once phase 1 is finished, how would you include your previously unsuspecting friends, without them at a severe points disadvantage, to phase 2?

Once you get to Phase 2, it's its own game. The points reset so everyone starts with zero points.

What is the sound cube for?

There is no sound cube associated with this game.

Are the cards in this set different from the cards in the Box of Challenges version?

The Ultimate Challenge Pack has a total of 600 cards in it (200 of which are unique and not found in the Box of challenges).
