The device is powered by both batteries and an ac adaptor. Users have reported that the accuracy of the monitor is consistent, and they have experienced good customer service. A consistent negative feedback was the difficulty of putting on the cuff, as it folds back over itself and is rather awkward to use, especially with one hand. Some users have also reported that the monitor was too tight even with the velcro loosening up slightly after use. Another drawback was that a few users had to set up Bluetooth and re-pair the device every time, while some others experienced issues with the monitor after the warranty period, with no exchange or discount offered.
