The cloud stores data for as long as the user wants and it’s very useful when transitioning to different devices or when adding a new device. There is a range issue with the refrigeration unit which affects the battery voltage, and there is no direct way to access the cloud data via an API call. There is also no way to turn off the bright blue light which may not be liked by some customers. However, the support service is very helpful. Most of the reviews seem to be from people who use SensorPush for commercial and house purposes to monitor temperature and humidity. They report high-quality, reliable, accurate and easy to use monitors. They are also surprised by an alert system that prevents loss of valuables. The Gateway hardware was found to be bad by one customer who received a free replacement with great customer service.
