It's a great weight, not too heavy that it can't be lifted but heavy enough to be flat on a glass top stove. The handle doesn't get hot, and it's PFOA and PFOS free. This pan is sturdy and has the feel of old-style steel pans with the advantage of non-stick. Despite the fact that it's only recommended for crepes, pancake, and flat breads, it's held up really well after a few months of use.
