The batteries charge as expected, and they keep them as backups during long work days. The EARTEC headset is great and very nice to use when carrying out tasks such as docking a yacht. Overall, it seems that some customers are satisfied with these batteries, while others have had a bad experience. However, the EARTEC headset is highly appreciated for its usefulness in communication tasks.
