Wigoo Overhead Consoles US-W-C-US3 Editorial Review
The Wigoo under-screen storage box for the Tesla Model Y has garnered a predominantly positive reception from customers, showcasing a blend of practicality and aesthetic appeal. Many users praise the excellent build quality and precise fit under the main display, emphasizing that it enhances the minimalist design that Tesla vehicles are known for. The installation process is universally regarded as straightforward, with most users highlighting that it requires no tools and takes only seconds to complete. The storage box effectively utilizes what would otherwise be wasted space, providing a tidy compartment for small items like phones, sunglasses, and keys. The design features a reliable locking mechanism, which customers find superior to typical magnetic counterparts, ensuring stability without rattling during drives. The inclusion of anti-slip silicone pads is also well-received, keeping stored items secure and organized without sliding around. Additionally, users have noted the eco-friendly materials used in the Construction, which do not emit any unwanted odors. On the downside, a minority of customers expressed dissatisfaction with the appearance of the storage box, describing it as looking cheap and not aligning with the high-end aesthetic expected in a Tesla. Some users experienced issues with the functionality, mentioning that the opening and closing mechanism was not smooth, resulting in a scraping sound. Concerns were also raised regarding the box's stability in certain models, with reports of it shifting during operation. Overall, despite some criticisms, the majority of feedback reflects that the Wigoo storage box is a valuable accessory that adds organization to the interior of the Model Y, particularly for those who appreciate a minimalist look. **
