One adjustment involves sanding the axel on the baseplate that holds the trucks down and the bushings that come with these truck are not reliable. However, by modifying using a normal rubber band to make a circle slightly larger than the stock bushings, the trucks work better and snap back easier after pushing them down. There is sometimes a bent axel which holds the wheels that needs to be unbent with pliers. A recommended final mod involves applying lube to the hole in the baseplate in which the truck goes in for a smoother turn. The finished result is amazing, and for just $16, these trucks are pretty strong and slide well. Customers Consider them to be good value for the price. However, some have reported bent axles and faulty bolts. The locking bolts are clutch and allow for riding loosely without worrying about the truck falling apart.
