Over the last couple of months, we have analysed customers complaints and reviews about this product, and we can say that we are not particularly pleased. On the one hand, some users love the lock's ease of use, the fact that you don't have to remember a code or carry a key around, and it charges reasonably quickly. However, others report difficulties in setting it up or issues with the lock not working correctly. Many complaints about the lock's water resistance, with users noting that it is not recommended to use it outside or in conditions exposed to water or snow. Additionally, some customers mentioned air resistance is an issue, and the lock is not TSA approved. Regarding the app, it seems that the black version of the lock is the only that works with a Bluetooth app, and other locks don't have an app. Also, there are reports that the lock can malfunction, and the fingerprint scanner stops working, making it necessary to plug it in to recharge without a backup key, which this lock does not have.
