Swimming Creatures Fish & Aquatic Pets Premium Neocaridina Shrimp Editorial Review
**** Customers have largely positive experiences with the Premium Grade 20 Blue Dream Neocaridina Shrimps and the accompanying mystery snails. Despite some initial casualties during transportation, which is not uncommon in live shipments, many customers appreciated the extra shrimp and snails provided by the seller as a contingency against losses. The shrimp are noted for their vibrant colors and health, with many customers observing successful molting processes and even breeding activity shortly after arrival. The customer service reputation for this product is commendable; they offer prompt assistance, including refunds for any deceased critters and replacements for missing items. One customer received additional snails to compensate for a shipping error, highlighting the seller’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, several reviews praised the overall health and activity of the shrimp and snails post-delivery, reinforcing their appeal to both novice and experienced aquarium enthusiasts. Overall, while there were a few hiccups related to live arrival, customers expressed a willingness to purchase from this seller again, indicating a level of trust in both the product and service provided. The colorful shrimp and resilient snails contribute to a thriving aquarium, making this offering a favorite among freshwater aquarium hobbyists. **
