- EASY & QUICK ADJUSTABILITY: The convenient and compact dumbbell provides innovative strength training. Quickly adjust the dumbbell up or down to your desired weight with the secure magnetic polypropylene pin. The pin has a 500 lbs. max load.
- INCLUDED WITH THE PRO 100: Pro 100 Knurled Grip Dumbbells and Expansion Kit Stages 1, 2, and 3.
- LONG LASTING FOR YEARS OF USE: This dumbbell can be used with PowerBlock’s Straight or Curl Bars, Kettlebell Handle, and Stands (sold separately) to build your own gym. Dimensions are 19.2” L by 7.6” W by 7.7” H.
- ADD WEIGHT IN INCREMENTS: Increments of this workout weight includes 2.5 (adder weight), 5, 7.5, 10, 15, 17.5, 20, 25, 27.5, 30, 35, 37.5, 40 lbs. per hand. Stage one starts at 40 pounds with three expansion kits to get you to 60, 80, and 100 pounds.
