It is easy to use and can be wired to control a SmittyBilt winch, a boat lift, and linear actuators, among other devices. However, its security may not be adequate to protect cars from theft. The remotes work fine and switch on and off one's lights and other DC devices. The installation is simple and the switch works great. Some users have reported problems with their devices, with one finding that the first channel relay got fried when "setting up live," while another found that the remote did not work; however, a different type of receiver worked perfectly. Users have also wished for a dip switch frequency change on the next model.
