Multiple customers have complained about the quality of the frames, with some describing them as cheaply made. Several customers also reported receiving broken frames in their packages. On the other hand, a few customers found the frames to be exactly what they needed, with one stating that they were packaged well with each frame wrapped in bubble wrap.
