They come in a plastic baggie with some oil and packing around it, so they don't move around during shipping. However, they don't come with a case. They work well with vintage Unimat lathes and other tools. The only downside is that the relief angle on many of them is virtually zero, which can make them tough to set up. But once you regrind them, they should work fine. It's worth noting that one customer said one of them broke the first time they used it. But overall, most customers have had a good experience with these inserts.
