The East Tester ET433 is a handheld inductance and capacitance meter that can measure components with an accuracy of 0.2% and display up to 5 digits. The device features a USB cable and charger module to charge its lithium battery, which can last up to 4 hours after full charge. However, the specific charging time is not determined. Users should note that the ET433 cannot measure charged capacitors and can only measure them after they are completely discharged. Additionally, the meter cannot measure capacitance in the circuit as it will burn out the meter. Users must remove the capacitor and discharge it before testing for accurate results that won't damage the instrument. The AUTO/SER/PAL button is functional and switches between Serial testing and Parallel testing; users can use the AUTO/R/C/L/Z button that automatically identifies the components if they need to use the AUTO mode.
