It has no switches or settings, just plug it in, and a single indicator light tells you if the unit is charging, desulfating, or idle. However, it will not charge a seriously discharged battery. The charger comes with 18" long clip leads and plus 54" to the charger, but some customers advised that it needs a longer cord. According to the Q&A, it is more likely made in China, and it can maintain the batteries at around 13.5 volts. The charger may have a desulfator function, but it is hard to tell what it actually does as it only has one light on it that changes from red to green. There were some inquiries about whether this charger can charge two batteries at the same time, and the response from a customer is that the plus can charge 2 batteries simultaneously.
