One coat of this primer is enough to enhance all the lashes. It contains Vitamin E, which conditions eyelashes. This product is free of sulfates SLS and SLES, formaldehydes, phthalates, mineral oil, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, coal tar and hydroquinone, triclosan, and triclocarban, and contains less than one percent of synthetic fragrances. The product can be used with your favorite mascara and quickly removed with makeup remover. Customers have reported various experiences with the product.
