The simple recipe for oreshki is included with the product, and it advises using melted butter, eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla (optional), baking soda, vinegar, and all-purpose flour. The usual size of the cookies is smaller than in the USSR. It is necessary to preheat and grease the mold before placing the balls of dough inside the mold. Clean the mold before use, as sometimes there are metal shavings inside. Although the idea of a traditional tool is to create nostalgia, the quality of the result depends on the artisan's technique in making the recipe. This product is secondhand, not checked for quality, and shipped from Ukraine.
