The product is easy to install, and its wireless nature makes it convenient to modify or make changes. The Retekess TD101 has a numeric keypad and the speaker can be installed outdoors, but it's not waterproof. The product has eight voice types available. The voice types include phrases such as please come in, please take the meal, please prepare to fit multiple needs. One of the frequently asked questions was if the product could speak numbers in Spanish. The answer was that it cannot speak numbers in Spanish; it is limited to the eight voice types available. On the negative side, when calling numbers above nine like 28, it reads out two eight instead of twenty-eight. Although the manufacturer stated that the product cannot be manually modified at the moment, they mentioned that they would improve it later. Another disadvantage of this product is that it does not have a product that displays hours and minutes for a restaurant's wait time.
