A few customers have reported that the tool takes a few crimps to get an even hexagonal crimp, particularly with larger gauge wires, and that it can potentially pinch the copper. That being said, customers generally praise its sturdiness, ease of use and relatively low price. It has crimped 0ga wires well and produces uniform hex crimps, even with bigger gauge wires.
