One important factor to note is that the bed comes with a maximum capacity of supporting up to 1000 lbs of weight (including the mattress). On the downside, the instructions are pictorial, which can make it difficult to put together, and the packaging and shipping can be frustrating. Nevertheless, this is one of the cheaper Murphy beds available with good quality.
