Replacement sip caps are not available for purchase, so customers have to buy a new bottle if the cap cracks. The larger bottle is harder to squeeze than the smaller one and the nozzle may close if not squeezed properly. Some customers also wish that the opening was larger for easier cleaning or adding ice. However, the bottles are leak-proof and work well for drinking water while lying down, making them ideal for nighttime use. They are also small enough to fit in backpack water bottle pockets and car drink holders. Overall, customers have had mixed experiences with this product.
