One reviewer says the bolts in the package shear off with just enough torque. The package includes Cotter pins, flat bar, and extra ball. The ball size is 1.25 inch ball with a 5/8 inch shank. There are mixed reviews about the product. One review says the item arrived as described and fit perfectly with great packaging and fast shipment. However, another review says the product failed after three uses and is cheaply made. There are comments on the easy installation, but the supplied hardware is not recommended. Another user recommends using SS riv-nuts and SS bolts from McMaster for installation.
