The HyperX Cloud Alpha gaming headset features dual chamber drivers, an aluminum frame, detachable microphone and legendary comfort. It is compatible with PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and Mobile devices. It is not Bluetooth but works as a wired stereo headset with detachable main cord. The ear cups are designed to be slightly expanded than those of Cloud II and will not fit older Cloud models' ear pads. Although the headset has received some negative feedback about its plastic snaps and the microphone picking up static sound, the majority of customers reported high-quality sound and audio, comfort, sturdiness, and an impressive battery life that lasts up to 300 hours. Other customers recommend purchasing a Turtle Beach Ear Force audio controller, which improves the headset's overall sound, and adds features like muting the mic or adjusting the volume on in-game sounds and party chat volume.
