The Beka Original Rigid Heddle Loom, SG-24 is a great product if you are looking for an affordable option in comparison to other rigid heddle looms in the market. The product is 28” wide x ~23-1/4” long and can make anything that is 24” wide x 4-5 yards long. The company is very responsive and helpful in solving any issues a customer may face with the product. The shuttles are 25" long and the pickup stick is 27" long. The SG-24” reed dimensions are: Top Wood Piece = 24 - 1/4”; Bottom Wood Piece = 25 - 1/8”; Reed Width = 4 - 1/4”. However, some customers had trouble understanding the instructions and found it frustrating to use the product due to the need for additional purchases such as rods or sticks to tie the yarn and clamps to hold the loom down during warping. Some also found the heddle blocks, which are required as the loom does not come with any slots in the heddle, to be sliding all over the place while warping without clamps. Finally, some found the crochet hook that was included to be too small to grab and hold the yarns.
