No, each box holds 20--40 total.

Can it be mixed into hot beverages such as coffee?

I haven't ever tried to mix it with anything but cold water. But I do not know why it wouldn't work in a hot beverage.

Are mixing sticks included as shown in the ad?

I get the box with individual packages. There is no measuring stick. I mix mine with apple juice. I leave about half the apple juice in the bottle and add the package to the juice and shake the bottle.
