The boxes are small and compact, with an outer dimension of 6 in x 5 in x 2.5 in and an inner dimension of 3 in x 2.5 in x 0.5 in. While some customers were disappointed that the cones did not fit in their smaller incense burners or that they did not have holes for backflow burning, others found a workaround for backflow burning by carving their own holes. Generally, customers were pleased with the quality and strength of the fragrances, although a few had issues with the smoke staying on the top of the cone.
