The holder comes with a bottom tray where the cans will sit and a set of straps that hold them in place, while a third flat bar connects the straps for added support. The unit can be locked with a TSA-style lock using the small holes on the latches. The holder cannot be mounted vertically, though modification is possible if necessary. The holder comes with pre-drilled holes in the bottom for easy mounting on flat surfaces. However, if mounting on a prinsu roof rack or any other type of rack, drilling the holes where needed is required. The dimensions of the base plate are 13.25" x 18.5" x 2".
