Perception Kayaks Saddle Bag is a storage system designed for Outlaw Kayak with splash-resistant capabilities. It has a zipper top and can hold up to two 3600 Plano boxes. The Saddle Bag is sold individually and does not come with Plano boxes. The interior dimensions are 14.5" (Long) x 4" (Wide) x 9" (Deep), but it is rounded, not squared, so only one 2700 Plano Edge box will fit. The bag is designed to work with Perception model kayaks that feature a molded location on the deck that allows it to be strapped down, but it may still function as additional storage on other kayak models. However, it might require some creativity to attach it. The Saddle Bag is not designed for seatbacks but is similar in size to the Perception Seatback Cooler and can be strapped to the back of most lawn chair style SOT seats. It is only a storage bag for tackle boxes and other gear and not a cooler. Overall, customers seem to be pleased with the Saddle Bag, except for those who were not able to attach it to their kayaks due to the design.
