It is compatible with FlashPrint, Simplify3D, Makerware, RepeliactorG but not with SketchUp. There is no air filter, but it has a closed cover so you don't have to worry about any smell. If you need help, you can contact the support team at [email protected]. The upgraded 3.5 inch touch screen and the WIFI connection make it smarter and easier to operate. The reviews show a mixed experience. Some customers had no issues and were happy with their purchase while others reported various problems. Some customers complained about the poor spool holder design and the fact that it doesn't accept all spool sizes.
