This expanding drying rack is a great addition to any laundry room or small spaced area. It is easy to assemble and install, and comes with brackets to attach to the wall wherever the studs are located. The rack is very sturdy when fully installed and is able to hold up to 20 lbs, with each wooden rod holding approximately 2 lbs. It folds out to a total of 28" deep but is only 6" deep when folded away, which makes it easy to fit under a shelf or in tight spaces. One downside is that the hooks are not sturdy enough to hold an ironing board. While the product is sturdy and functional, some customers have had issues with the hardware that comes with it. In some cases, the pilot holes were a bit off, and in others, the little screws that come with the hooks were difficult to work with. Some customers found the hooks to be flimsier than the ones that came with previous versions of the product, and the bolts for the accordion rack were too short. Some customers have also had trouble with delivery times and damaged products. Overall, the product is a great space-saver and a functional piece of furniture. However, given the cost of the product, customers expect better quality hardware to be included.
