Jarden Pectin Editorial Review
Ball 71065 4.7 Oz Pectin Flex Batch Mix is a versatile and kosher-certified pectin that allows for easy preparation of jellies and jams, making it a go-to for many home canners. Users have praised its effectiveness, particularly for unique recipes like Apple-Jalapeno jelly and peach salsa, enjoying the convenience of a bulk container which reduces the hassle of measuring individual packets.
