- Provides excellent waterproofing by chemically reacting within the concrete, is 100% breathable, and resists wind-driven rain, chloride ion penetration, freeze-thaw damage, and organic growth
- Surface preparation requires structurally sound and clean substrate, with specific temperature and weather conditions for application, and a drying time of 4-6 hours at 70°F; clean up with hot soapy water
