Custom Window Screen Replacement - Fully Assembled Double Hung Half Screen The DH6 Utilizes Two Leaf Springs to Help Secure the Screen in Your Window

### The Custom Window Screen Replacement, specifically the Fully Assembled Double Hung Half Screen model DH6, has garnered a mix of feedback from customers regarding its functionality, design, and overall usability. Many users have shared experiences related to the installation process, which seems to pose some challenges. One recurring issue is the presence of a lip on the frames, measuring about 1/8 of an inch along the top and one side, which can hinder proper fitting. Several customers noted that this design feature differs from their previous screens, which did not have such a lip, and required some DIY adjustments for a successful installation. Despite these installation concerns, the durability of the product has received praise, with users commenting on the sturdiness of the frames. Some customers were particularly pleased with how well the screens fit their windows, indicating a level of satisfaction with the customization. However, there have been reports of receiving damaged units, which has raised questions about the packaging. While some received screens in perfect condition, others encountered issues like bends in the frame due to insufficient protective packaging. Overall, those able to install the screens without much difficulty expressed satisfaction with the price point and functionality. Many customers appreciated the quality of the product despite the concerns regarding fit and damage. It appears that while the Custom Window Screen Replacement is a solid option for window screen needs, potential buyers should be prepared for the possibility of needing some modifications on installation or taking precautions against damage during shipping. ####
