Mares Diving Electronics Editorial Review
The Mares Ultra Transparent Soft Durable Quad Display Protector has garnered a mix of attentive praise and caution from its users. Many reviewers appreciate the high level of clarity and the near invisibility of the protector once applied, especially noting that it fits perfectly with various Mares scuba diving devices such as the Quad and Pro/Matrix dive watches. Users have remarked on its effectiveness in safeguarding their devices from scratches, dirt, and sand—a common concern for underwater activity enthusiasts. However, several customers have pointed out the application process as a significant challenge, highlighting that it requires a meticulous approach to avoid bubbles and fingerprints. The need for cleanliness and precision is crucial, as improper handling can lead to problems that damage the protector itself, preventing repositioning once applied. Because of the tricky installation, some users found it necessary to purchase additional protectors due to mistakes during the first attempt. While the product is viewed as a good investment to extend the life of diving computers, a few users mentioned that the cost is somewhat high for a small piece of plastic. Overall, while the Mares display protector offers solid protection and high-quality transparency, Prospective buyers should be prepared for a delicate application process to fully benefit from its features. **

“Quick and easy, from order to delivery, package came with DHL quicker than expected. We are loving the Garmin Pro e-collar, we don't use it for bark control, just training, and for our GSP with high energy, it has changed our lives in how he listens to commands now.”
