George Kennedy (Actor), Bo Hopkins (Actor) Movies Editorial Review
Nightmare at Noon is a decent horror movie directed by Nico Mastorakis. It stars Wings Hauser, Bo Hopkins, and George Kennedy. The storyline revolves around a mysterious government agency carrying out an experiment in a small Utah town that has sealed off the entire area as it unleashes a toxic substance that turns people into raging lunatics after drinking water from the aqueduct. The pacing has issues, and there are some poor editorial choices, but the movie comes with a fun plot and some campy performances. Fans of schlock and B movies will enjoy it, although it might not be everyone's cup of tea. The Blu-ray transfer and DTS-HD MA 2.0 stereo track are both top-notch and the archival documentary is enjoyable.
