The unit was delivered with unsatisfactory packaging, requiring disassembly of a crate, which was slightly annoying. On the negative side, some reported issues with the heat output, as it didn't fill the room and was very low. Also, the light color couldn't be changed, and the doors didn't fit correctly, which made it a horrible buy for a horrible price, according to dissatisfied customers. One customer reported that the unit started to squeak, making it unusable, while another said that their TV would extend four inches either side of the unit.
